Si Kaspersky est une entreprise priv\u00e9e, elle est russe, son si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Moscou. Assez vite l’ANSSI (Agence Nationale de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des Syst\u00e8mes d’Information), autorit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, a recommand\u00e9 aux entreprises d’envisager \u00e0 moyen terme de recourir \u00e0 une solution de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 non russe. L’\u00e9quivalent allemand est all\u00e9 un peu plus loin encore en invitant \u00e0 changer de solution de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sans attendre. Les agences italiennes et britanniques ont communiqu\u00e9 \u00e9galement dans ce sens.
L’agence allemande ne suspecte pas directement Kaspersky d’agir \u00e0 l’encontre de ses clients, mais \u00e9voque qu’elle puisse un jour y \u00eatre contrainte.

R\u00e9cemment le minist\u00e8re de l’\u00e9conomie a inform\u00e9 les administrations de \u00ab\u00a0l’interdiction d’attribuer ou de poursuivre l’ex\u00e9cution de tout march\u00e9 public ou contrat de concession avec des personnes de nationalit\u00e9 russe, ou avec les personnes, organismes ou entit\u00e9s d\u00e9tenues par une personne russe\u00a0\u00bb, ce qui condamne l’\u00e9diteur Kaspersky dans la sph\u00e8re publique. Aupr\u00e8s des particuliers la situation n’est gu\u00e8re plus r\u00e9jouissante, l’app\u00e9tance pour les produits Kaspersky a clairement baiss\u00e9.
