Non r\u00e9ception \/ envoi de SMS, appels impossibles, pas d’internet; de nombreux utilisateurs se retrouvent d\u00e9munis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On sait que SFR est financi\u00e8rement fragile, que le vente de l’op\u00e9rateur est en projet, et que le nombre de clients a subi une importante \u00e9rosion ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Les services techniques, dans ce contexte un peu morose, sont-ils sous-dimensionn\u00e9s pour maintenir un r\u00e9seau performant? SFR n’a pas toujours joui de la meilleure r\u00e9putation. L’incident de ce jour n’aidera pas \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer son image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’incident s’est finalement termin\u00e9 dans la soir\u00e9e. Le service \u00e0 ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompu pr\u00e8s de 10h pour certains utilisateurs. SFR annonce 100Go de data offert pour ses clients. Pas certains que cela satisfasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les clients ayant souscrit le forfait plus cher ne manquent pas de volume, leur offrir un volume de donn\u00e9es ne leur servira \u00e0 rien. Seuls les clients avec un tr\u00e8s petit forfait, peuvent y voir un int\u00e9r\u00eat. Conclusion, chez SFR au plus vous avez une offre haut de gamme, au moins vous avez de contrepartie lors d’un probl\u00e8me technique.
